We would like to offer our services to your company.

• Process the appraisal portion of the entire claim.
• Contact the Insured or Claimant, to schedule an appointment and assess the damage to the vehicle right here at Alan's Collision.
• Produce a computerized estimate of the damages to the vehicle.
• Produce digital photos sent via assignment, Internet, or we will mail printed photos with the estimate.
• Send a signed Direction Of Payment, from the Insured or Claimant, authorizing payment directly to Alan's Collision if authorization to repair is secured.
• If we repair the vehicle, we will guarantee our workmanship as long as the vehicle is owned by the Insured or Claimant.
• Follow your procedures and guidelines.
